John Mosunic
Chief Executive Officer
John Mosunic joined KSI in August 2023 as Chief Executive Officer.
John has been a senior executive in distribution for almost 23 years with several private equity sponsored businesses. He started his career as an accountant for KPMG in 1990, then spent 5 years in high tech manufacturing with Etec Systems in growing roles of responsibility in finance and general management before joining WorldPac. John joined WorldPac as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and later as President. Since then he has been a CFO for CARQUEST AutoParts and FleetPride and a President/Chief Executive Officer for InterAmerican Motor Corporation (IMC), OmniParts and Arrowhead Engineered Products. John has been involved in 6 successful business sales and completed over 100 acquisitions.
John is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Sacramento and an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Ivan Martinez has served as KSI’s VP of Operations and Business Excellence since 2021.

Ivan has a 20-year career in manufacturing operations, distribution, sales and marketing working for global technology and automotive companies, he has held multiple leadership positions at General Motors, Nokia Mobile Phones, Ingram Micro and LKQ.
Ivan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Ivan is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program certification.

Melanie Pastor
Vice President of Merchandising
Melanie Pastor has served as the Vice President of Merchandising since 2019.
During her 25-year career in Supply Chain, Melanie has worked at several global companies, including Alcoa, Reynolds Consumer Products and Ivex Packaging.
Prior to joining KSI, Melanie was at Rank Group a privately held investment company based in Auckland, New Zealand. Rank constituent companies operate internationally in packaging, consumer goods and building supplies industries where she held various leadership roles on projects that spanned North, Central and South American as well as Europe during a vast number of mergers and acquisitions.
Mike Ferguson has served as KSI’s VP of sales since 2023

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. He began his career as an entry-level associate with Tire America/Western Auto and quickly progressed into management. From there he spent ten years in various managerial roles with Sears Holdings before becoming the Vice President of Sales/Partner Programs at SimpleTire, an e-commerce tire provider that focuses on customer growth and building relationships across multiple stakeholders. During his time at SimpleTire, Mike successfully built a robust Wholesale Sales Division, resulting in improved growth in revenue, profit, and active customers year over year.
Mike is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Jackie Rahbari
Vice President of Human Resources
Jackie Rahbari, SHRM-SCP re-joined KSI in November 2023 as Vice President of Human Resources. Jackie is a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) HR executive with over two decades of experience within diverse and multicultural environments. She started her career in Human Resources at Silver Line Windows, later bought by Andersen Windows, where she spent 23 years supporting over 4000 employees in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. In 2019, she joined MS International as Director of Human Resources supporting over 800 employees across the Northeast. In 2021 she joined KSI as Vice President of Human Resources and in January of 2022 decided to start her own HR consulting firm.
Jackie is a transparent leader who can effectively balance the needs of employees with the vision of the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources by SHRM and is an active member of the HR advisory boards at Rutgers University and Bennie. In addition to this, she is member of the Board of Directors for AltruVision, a non-profit organization in Philadelphia.
Jack Jan has served as KSI’s Taiwan Country Manager since 2020.

Jack has worked in the automotive industry for over 15 years. Before being promoted to Country Manager, Jack held multiple managing positions at KSI, such as Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to joining KSI, Jack was an Account Manager at Kojak Ind Corp, a large automotive export trading company based in Taiwan.
Jack holds a BBA from China University of Technology.
